I have Lower back pains,right butt cheek pain,right side pain all the way to my knee.?I have this pain for a little more than a year now. I also have endometriosis. My gyno first thought that was the cause of the pain. He couldn't get rid of my enometriosis, because it was on my bloodvessels. Now he thinks the pain "might" be something else. Is that possible? The pain is so bad, that sometimes I feel I'm going paralized!!!! No ONE knows what it can be. And that drives me crazy

Ok,I have this,too,which is why I'm up at 3:52 am posting this message,can't sleep from the pain. In my case,I've got two different problems. Herniated and degenerative discs in my lower back,and arthritis in my hip. Apparently the discs are pressing on my sciatic nerve,which is ,most times what causes the pain down the leg and in the buttocks region. It's the worst pain ever. I am supposed to have surgery for it,but,at the moment,have no insurance. Try going to an orthopaedic doctor,they should be able to help,or at least give you something for the pain. I take a muscle relaxer called Soma,which helps alot,but,right now,it's bad,so,I took some Tylenol pm,too,since I took a soma at bedtime.References : personal experience
Start with an internist, let them run blood work to rule out or diagnose you. It could be sciatica and if so or they can't find a physiological reason for it, you may be referred to a neurologist who will do a test that could make you pee down your leg. Serious, been there done that, had to be carried out. They test the nerve with electricity. Otherwise if nothing is found it can be called simply Unexplained Neuropathy. It sounds like you have nerve compression in your lower back that is causing sciatica (nerve pain that radiates down your leg). Perhaps, unfortunately, you may also have "Endo" on your spine. Endo can seed itself anywhere inside the abdominal region. This pain could of course be totally unrelated to the Endo. Regardless you need to see a doctor for a proper diagnosis and have a CT scan or MRI of your spine.References :
